All O3 memberships are recurring subscriptions (not one-off), billed on a monthly basis. Refunds are not available for unused time, missed visits, or retroactive cancellations.
Membership is an access pass - once a billing period begins, the charge stands regardless of usage. Members can cancel in-app at any time before their next billing date to avoid future charges.
*Silver membership includes up to 40 hours per month, billed monthly. Hours reset each billing cycle, are non-transferable, and do not roll over.
